Annika will be talking about three aspects of the Principles in particular:
- Is it really *ALL* Thought?
- Emotions Come and Go, and ALL of them are made up!
- Why do we keep underestimating the Power of Thought?
Annika HurwittI was first introduced to the Three Principles at a seminar given by George and Linda Pransky in 1993. My mentors have been Sydney Banks, George and Linda Pransky, and Keith Blevens and Valda Monroe.
I opened the Center for Optimal Living on Martha’s Vineyard in 1999, and did intensives with individuals and couples, provided year-long trainings for practitioners, and began consulting with organizations. In 2004 I moved to the northwest and worked on the staff of Pransky and Associates from 2004-2008, doing intensives and co-leading business trainings.
I moved back to the east coast in 2008, first back to Martha’s Vineyard, and most recently to mid-coast Maine. I continue to work with individuals, couples, and organizations, coaching, doing four-day intensives and training programs. I am currently developing a women’s leadership program which I will be offering in the Fall.
I have had the joy and honor and of seeing many of my clients who were struggling with anxiety and/or depression get off medication and go on to lead thriving, successful lives. Many of the couples I have worked with have found love and intimacy again after sometimes years of alienation and considering divorce. In my organizational work, I love seeing executives and other leaders be able to access their mental clarity and well being, even in the face of major organizational challenges. I feel very fortunate to be able to do this work, and to get to share the principles with so many people.
I currently live in Rockland, Maine with my daughter, Rhianna.
