    Jack Pransky

    Dr. Jack Pransky is a Three Principles Author, Trainer and Practitioner: a Coach of Coaches and a Counselor of Counselors.
    Jack Pransky is a national and international consultant, speaker, and author who has worked in the field of prevention and community organizing since 1968. He authored all the books found on this website.
    Jack has been responsible for a number of accomplishments in the field:
    • helping to create the first Spirituality of Prevention conference in the country (with Prevention Unlimited),
    • the first state prevention law in the country,
    • the first school climate improvement programs in Vermont,
    • Vermont’s Juvenile Court Diversion system,
    • two parent-child centers and other successful community-based programs.
    He specializes in prevention from the inside-out, and specifically in The Three Principles/Health Realization.
    In 2004 he won the Vermont Prevention Pioneers Award.

    Christian McNeill

    For many years I practised as a lawyer in Scotland. Following personal challenges in my 20s I became very interested in how the mind works. Alongside my legal work I trained in a number of therapeutic approaches including hypnotherapy and NLP. Some years ago I came across the 3 Principles and was immediately struck by the outstanding outcomes that this training could produce. The results in every area of human endeavour and human experience dwarfed everything else I had come across in 2 decades.
    Having had first hand experience of the stress and pressures which can occur, personally and professionally, I am passionate about sharing this very effective work with others. And I can attest to its transformative power having experienced it personally. Less stress, more contentment and joie de vivre.
    Learning about this understanding, which is taught in a relaxed conversational manner – one-to-one or in a group setting – enables people to access their own resilience and resourcefulness. There are no techniques and interventions. Once the principles are grasped, clients are able to generate their own fresh and new solutions, whatever their situation.
    It is particularly helpful with problems of stress, overwhelm and burnout. It is also useful in increasing effectiveness at the same time as building satisfaction at work or in any demanding task. And a key benefit is exponentially improved decision making.
