We have a tendency to make things... life... complicated. Join Jen for a look at how simplicity is both profound and practical and why that even matters.

Jen first heard about the 3 Principles in June 2012 from Jeanne Catherine. Before hiring Jeanne to be her coach, life looked pretty good: she had a great job at an organization in the financial industry, was loved by a wonderful community of people, was physically fit and healthy, and was happy as a mother. Yet she wondered why it still felt like something was missing. Wasn’t life supposed to be really magnificent? Wasn’t there more potential?
What she has learned since June 2012 is a universal truth that love, creativity, ease, and fun naturally flow from the infinite potential of life. Understanding the principles behind her experience has made life look a lot simpler. She pays more attention to her being and less to the moments when she seems off track.
Now, she helps women who are overwhelmed and burned out to find an effortless ease in life that allows them to thrive. Her favorite way to work with clients is in a 4-day immersion (intensive, relaxive, retreat - whatever word works for you). In addition, she loves public speaking!
On her path to becoming a 3 Principles educator, she trained extensively with Jeanne Catherine and Dicken Bettinger. In addition, she completed a year-long Transforming Community Internship with the Center for Sustainable Change, working closely with Ami Chen Mills-Naim and Gabriela Maldonado-Montano. Before becoming a 3 Principles educator, she dabbled in many fields. Her background is in the financial industry, healthcare, law firms, universities, non-profit management, and in K-12 education. She has given presentations to small and large groups and has spoken on TV and radio. She earned her BA from the University of Virginia and her Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
