Katie AbbottKatie Abbott has worked for the last 8 years as a Therapist and Coach from London’s 1 Harley Street. Katie began her career within the Arts and went onto train as a therapist to pursue her love and fascination of people and their lives.
She originally trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Drama Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and Meditation and later became inspired by The Three Principles. In 2009 she certified as a Transformative Coach graduating from Michael Neill’s Supercoach Academy in New York and later went onto complete ’The What One Person Can Do’ training with Bill Cumming at The Boothby Institute.
Along side her private practice, Katie runs retreats in Italy and India. She has written for the national press and a variety of publications including The Guardian, The Observer and Psychologies Magazine.
Katie runs event and workshops in London, most recently partnering with Bill Cumming, Chris Morris and Dr Mark Howard. She is in the process of mentoring a group of Therapists and Coaches to help them establish their practice in London as well as offering Apprenticeships, Couple Counselling and programs for Business Professionals.
Katie is grateful for the wisdom of all her mentors and in particular to Robert Lewis and Bill Cumming, who have demonstrated through absolute loving kindness and generosity that anything is possible. She lives in London with her partner Nigel and son Arlo and cherishes time spent with her family and friends.
