Even though being someone who works professionally teaching the three principles, Advanced Certified Transformative coach Rasmus Carlsson still regularly bumps up against his own understanding of where his experience is REALLY coming from. Like anyone else, he constantly falls in the trap of thinking it’s ”them out there” making his life so difficult. In this conversation, Rasmus will be discussing his frustrations and failures in seeing through the illusion of thought. He will share real-life examples of how tackling everyday challenges at work, with his kids and especially in relationships has helped him navigate through his mood swings with more grace (and at times not so gracefully) and led to an even deeper sense of peace and wellbeing.
Rasmus CarlssonA two-time graduate from Michael Neill’s Supercoach Academy, Rasmus Carlsson works passionately with people who want to be, do or feel what they never thought was possible. One of Rasmus’s particular fields of interest is relationships dynamics and the masculine-feminine interplay. Being only 11 weeks into a potentially lifelong relationship, including 5 kids, having sold his house, building a new one and arguing like hell with his new partner, he is currently undergoing his toughest acid-test so far when it comes to proving the principle of it all being ”just thought”.
