It's helpful to know that there’s an understandable logic at play behind our experience. Its not as complex and complicated as we have been led to believe.
We only work one way and gaining insight into how this works provides us with a new world of understanding and experience.
There’s a super-efficient and intelligent system designed to keep us real, honest and evolving. We just need to see it for ourselves.

Tanya Kennard-Campbell of Graviti Consulting, is a 3PP (Three Principles as a paradigm) coach who works with individuals, leaders and teams to reach their full potential
Graviti Consultancy specialises in helping individuals, leaders and teams understand how to bring out the best in themselves and others. This is done through teaching and coaching an understanding of the principles and psychology of human potential.
Tanya has been a Three Principles facilitator and coach for 12 years, learning from and working with many of the leaders in the field.
She began her journey as a paradigm based teacher/coach 5 years ago, when she started learning from and being mentored by Dr Keith Blevens and Valda Munroe. They pioneered teaching the principles as a paradigm.
Tanya became involved in the Principles community following a professional search for ‘what works’ in recovery from mental distress and resilience. After over twenty years of pioneering work in the mental health and recovery field, she finally found the answers to what she had experienced in her own world and that of her clients. That recovery was not only possible, but inevitable when we align ourselves with the truth of how our mental life/experience actually works.
She went on to explore the world of prevention and resilience through her professional career. The last ten years have been more focused on leadership, culture and human potential.
She currently lives in New Zealand with her family, working part-time in her own practice, as she supports the potential in her family members at a crucial stage in their growth.
